Hi, I’m Yvonne — founder of Her FAIRway CIC and the Women’s Golf Lounge, a community of over 16,000 amazing women who love (or are just discovering) the game of golf.

I’ve been lucky enough to play sport all my life. As a junior, I swam and played tennis competitively, and I picked up golf in my 20s — a game I’ve come to love. I always say sport is more than sport — it teaches you resilience, mindset, strategy, how to lose with grace, how to practise with purpose, and how to never give up. It gives you friendships, confidence, and memories that last a lifetime.

Now, I get to spend quality time playing tennis with my son and golf with my daughter — and honestly, it’s some of the most special time we share.

I created Her FAIRway because I believe golf can (and must) do better for women and girls. We need to change perceptions, challenge outdated traditions, and break free from the “this is how we’ve always done it” way of thinking. Golf should be accessible, fun, and welcoming — no matter your age, background, or experience.

My mission is to motivate others to take action, drive positive change in our clubs and communities, and make golf a place where every woman and girl feels like she truly belongs.
